AS-SALAMAH Properties provides real-estate enquiries, project and investment information, learning materials, and paid digital tools including BuildCost Pro. Availability, price, access duration, and deliverables are stated on each live offer page.
3. Orders and payment
You must provide accurate billing and transaction information. An order is not accepted until payment has been received or manually verified. We may reject duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or unverifiable transactions and will never ask for your PIN, OTP, or card password.
4. Digital delivery
Access to a digital product is activated after successful payment verification. Manual mobile-payment submissions are normally reviewed within the timeframe displayed at checkout. You are responsible for keeping order and access links confidential.
5. Permitted use
Products and account access are licensed to the named customer for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, publish, share, reverse engineer, or provide unauthorized access to protected materials or tools.
6. Estimates and professional advice
Construction calculators and property information support preliminary decisions only. Actual cost, valuation, legal status, returns, and suitability can vary. Obtain independent engineering, legal, tax, and financial advice before making a binding decision.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Eligibility and processing are governed by our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days under that policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Bangladesh law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate customer data, unauthorized credential sharing, service-provider outages, or decisions made without appropriate professional advice.
9. Governing law
